Riding the train in Europe can be an experience. Riding the train in Czech is even more fun. This is the Jenny on the train in somewhere, Czech Republic.
This
photo was taken on the night train from Munich to Berlin, after the bomb scare.
Jen and I got a sleeper, which usually means there are 6 bunks in a tiny room,
and everyone gets one. So you end up sleeping with 5 other people, and always
co-ed (just like the dressing rooms and some bathrooms). This was one of the
new trains that had 2 seats facing each other and a bunk on the top (you can
see the bunk in this photo). The seats folded down, and one slept on the top
and one on the bottom. We were lucky enough to know each other, but the girls
next to us did not. You meet quickly, climbing over the poor person on the bottom's
bed. It had a locker for personals, shelves, and pillows and blankets. It was
awesome!
This
is me looking down at Jen from the top bunk of the train. This was one of the
best night's sleep on the trip!

"I
can't even look at you with that cheese in your bag"
"Great,
my first train ride and there's a bomb in the station. This will be a great
3 weeks!"
