Movable Main Pivot

The
Toe Block has a cammed profile that affects the way the boot flexes,
or at what point the bellows of your boot start to break. By adjusting
the position of the Main Pivot pins on the Toe Block (see diagram on
right) the user can affect when the bellows of the boot start to "break".
You can go from a very "neutral" feel to a very "active"
feel with one simple adjustment.
The Toe Block allows the boot to contact the binding closer to the ball of the foot. On a standard "fixed toe box" the boot rolls up onto the tip of the duckbill of the boot, which is not a very efficient point of power. Since the ball of the foot is the power point, having the binding contact here gives you the most power to the ski - our goal with the Bomber Bishops.
